I needed a splitter and was able to find it really quickly on Solid Signal. The menus were easy to follow, and the search actually brought up the right stuff instead of a bunch of random items.

Checkout was simple too. The pages loaded fast on my phone, and I didn’t have to keep clicking back and forth to figure things out. Really nice site and easy to use.

I did get my refund in the end, it just took longer than I expected.

Am I the only one this happens to? My order was mostly right, but one of the cables wasn’t the one I needed. Kind of annoying, but support was helpful and got it fixed later, so overall it turned out fine.

I reached out to check compatibility and the support was okay overall. They did help point me in the right direction, which I appreciated, but I still ended up feeling a little unsure afterward. Maybe I just needed a clearer yes-or-no answer. I was reading the reply while eating a slightly cold sandwich at my desk, so maybe that didn’t help, but I still wish it had been a bit more detailed.

Then it showed up early, in great shape, like it just decided to beat the deadline for dramatic effect. no complaints at all on the shipping side. Super smooth, faster than I planned for, and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a few parts from solidsignal and the prices felt reasonable compared to a couple other sites I looked at, the shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest but it also wasn’t bad enough to bother me, so overall I’d probably order from them again if I need more stuff.

The install guide made it easy to get everything set up right. I was doing it at my kitchen table after dinner, so I wasn’t exactly in the mood to figure out anything complicated, but the steps were clear enough and it all worked out fine.

I ordered this hoping it would help with my weak signal, but it didn’t make a huge difference. Setup was easy, nothing too complicated, but you still end up with some channels cutting in and out, especially at night or when the weather gets bad. Maybe it works better depending on where you live, but for my area it’s still kind of hit or miss.

I ordered a couple of satellite cables and a mount from Solid Signal, the quality was better than I was expecting (always nice when that happens).

Everything felt sturdy, not cheap or flimsy, and the connectors fit the way they were supposed to without me having to fiddle with them. I’ve had them hooked up for a few weeks now and haven’t had any signal drops so far.
The price seemed fair too, but the biggest thing for me is that the parts actually feel well made. No complaints here, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

I had to double-check my shipping info a couple times, even though maybe I entered it right the first time, and the page was loading a bit slow. Nothing actually broke or anything, which is good, but it still made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve. Average experience overall.

My item was on backorder, so I was a little nervous at first, but Solid Signal did a good job keeping me in the loop. It shipped when they said it would, and I wasnt left wondering what was going on. No hassle or drama at all. Im happy with how it turned out.
